For cash-paying clients, you do not need a referral from a doctor and may contact us directly. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid, as well as most major insurance carriers for those with medical insurance. We are always happy to help verify your insurance as well.

How Much Does Physical Therapy Cost Without Insurance?

At ZK Physical Therapy & Chiropractic in Las Vegas, we want to ensure everyone gets the care they need, so we offer reasonable prices, as well as transparent pricing.

Initial half-hour consultations are free. At these appointments you can discuss your concerns and goals with a member of our staff. They can help you understand the best course of treatment, how long it may take, and price.

In general, after that, your initial hands-on evaluation is $150. Then, our single session cash rate is $100 per visit. Patient insurance benefits are verified before the start of treatment, and individualized payment plans are available to those without coverage.

We also offer discount rates if you buy a package of visits. For example, our new patient package is $350 and includes your initial evaluation, three one-on-one sessions, progress report, and a customized home exercise program.
