Mr. Alexander Manaloto brings exceptional expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation, geriatric and pediatric care, and advanced physical therapy techniques. Passionate about patient outcomes, they focus on restoring mobility and improving quality of life.
Mr. Alexander Manaloto is a Senior Physical Therapist born in the Philippines and completed his Physical Therapy education in Emilio Aguinaldo College year ‘1995. He joined his Alma Mater after graduating and has been in the teaching academe from ‘1995-2003. Year ‘2004, he left the Philippines to practice his profession in the “Kingdom of Bahrain” and appointed the position of “Chief Physical Therapist” of on of the biggest private Rehabilitation Center in Bahrain until year ‘2014.
He migrated to the United States of America and resided and practice his profession in Maine from year 2014 up until August ‘2023. He then moved to Las Vegas Nevada and joined ZK Physical Therapy & Chiropractic from December ‘2023 up to present.
His devotion to his profession but first and foremost to his patient didn’t stop him from furthering his studies. He is a Certified Mulligan practitioner in the Kingdom of Bahrain. APTA Certified Geriatric specialist, Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, Certified Clinical Instructor.
He is a strong patient advocate, prioritizing patient welfare and wellness.
Mr. Alexander is into outdoor activities if he is not working, that includes Fishing, hiking, camping and traveling.

Mrs. Karen Becerral-Manaloto joined ZK Outpatient Rehabilitation Center last December ‘2023 as a Physical Therapist Aide. She recently transitioned as a Physical Therapist since August ‘2025 upon acquiring her Nevada Physical Therapy License.
Karen born and raised in the Philippines completed her Physical Therapist Degree in Emilio Aguinaldo College year ‘2000. She then joined the Academe and taught for a semester in one of the Local Colleges in the Philippines teaching both Physical Therapy and Nursing students for a semester.
She left the Philippines year ‘2005 and practiced her profession in the “Kingdom of Bahrain” and assumed the position of “Chief Physical Therapist” of the Home Visit Department of one of the biggest Rehabilitation Center in the Kingdom for almost 9 years after which she joined the “Ministry of Interior, Public Security Officers Club” for 5 years before migrating to the USA.
During her free time, Karen loves to read inspirational books and novels, binge watch “K-dramas and Medical television series, meeting up with friends and travel internationally. Her ultimate stress reliever is spending quality time with her husband and pet-dog, “Jack”.
Together with her ZK family she has a strong patient advocate, always prioritizing patient welfare and wellness.

Dr. Marlvin Chidziva is a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in an integrative approach that combines chiropractic adjustments with physical therapy to optimize patient outcomes. This collaborative model ensures that patients benefit from the precise spinal care of chiropractic and the targeted rehabilitation strategies of physical therapy—creating a truly comprehensive healing experience.
Dr. Chidziva earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree summa cum laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2019 and continues to expand his expertise in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, and advanced myofascial and injury therapies. He is currently pursuing a diplomate in clinical nutrition to further enhance his holistic approach.
Before practicing in the U.S., Dr. Chidziva served as an International Program Coordinator for Champions for Life, helping children affected by HIV in over 14 African countries. This experience reinforced his lifelong commitment to compassion and alleviating unnecessary human suffering.
