Position Overview

ZK Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is hiring an experienced, full-time Physical Therapist for the company’s growing team at our Las Vegas medical district location. Our Physical Therapists are responsible for contributing to the team's overall efforts by providing fantastic patient care to the community's residents.

Salary Range: $90K - $110K

Sign-on Bonus: $5000 Relocation Bonus: $2000

Requirements

  • A full-time licensed physical therapist in Nevada committed to empowering patients to reach their full potential.

  • This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics (18-65).

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.

  • Provides ongoing evaluation of patient’s status and goals, modifying treatment program for timely progression.

  • Coordinates treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services, as well as available community resources. Attends appropriate clinical meetings to facilitate coordination.

  • Provides patient education to include developing comprehensive and progressive home programs with instruction to the patient, family, and other caregivers to facilitate safe and appropriate/managed progress.

  • Develops comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize patient outcomes and return to daily home-based, community, and on-the-job activities.

  • Maintains accurate, timely billing records to meet facility, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements.

  • Maintains accurate patient records and documents treatment, response, and progress in patient charts.

**All Patient Evaluation |Therapy Sessions are One-on-One for 40 Minutes. **

Competitive Salary: We prefer our physical therapists to work only one job to support their living (Unless they want to) to prevent burnout. So, we ensure our Base Salary and Benefits Package reflects that. Plus:

  • Salary Range: $90K - $110K

  • Sign-on bonus of $5000

Healthcare Setting: Outpatient

License/Certification: Nevada Physical Therapy License (required)
