Mr. Alexander Manaloto is a Senior Physical Therapist born in the Philippines and completed his Physical Therapy education in Emilio Aguinaldo College year ‘1995. He joined his Alma Mater after graduating and has been in the teaching academe from ‘1995-2003. Year ‘2004, he left the Philippines to practice his profession in the “Kingdom of Bahrain” and appointed the position of “Chief Physical Therapist” of on of the biggest private Rehabilitation Center in Bahrain until year ‘2014.
He migrated to the United States of America and resided and practice his profession in Maine from year 2014 up until August ‘2023. He then moved to Las Vegas Nevada and joined ZK Outpatient Rehabilitation Center from December ‘2023 up to present.
His devotion to his profession but first and foremost to his patient didn’t stop him from furthering his studies. He is a Certified Mulligan practitioner in the Kingdom of Bahrain. APTA Certified Geriatric specialist, Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, Certified Clinical Instructor.
He is a strong patient advocate, prioritizing patient welfare and wellness.
Mr. Alexander is into outdoor activities if he is not working, that includes Fishing, hiking, camping and traveling.
Mrs. Karen Becerral-Manaloto, DPT, OCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Mrs. Karen Becerral-Manaloto joined ZK Outpatient Rehabilitation Center last December ‘2023
as a Physical Therapist Aide.
Karen born and raised in the Philippines completed her Physical Therapist Degree in Emilio Aguinaldo College year ‘2000. She then joined the Academe and taught for a semester in one of the Local Colleges in the Philippines teaching both Physical Therapy and Nursing students for a semester.
She left the Philippines year ‘2005 and practiced her profession in the “Kingdom of Bahrain” and assumed the position of “Chief Physical Therapist” of the Home Visit Department of one of the biggest Rehabilitation Center in the Kingdom for almost 9 years after which she joined the “Ministry of Interior, Public Security Officers Club” for 5 years before migrating to the USA.
At present Mrs. Karen is preparing to take her National Physical Therapy Examination and can’t wait to practice her profession and passion in the United States of America as a Licensed Physical Therapist.
Together with her ZK family she has a strong patient advocate, always prioritizing patient welfare and wellness.
Shadman Shabab
Medical Administrative Assistant
Shadman (Shad) Kabir has been a proud Las Vegas resident since the age of four and has developed a deep connection to the community. He currently serves as the medical administrative assistant for ZK Outpatient Rehab Center, where he is the friendly and professional voice you’ll likely hear when calling in.
Shadman takes pride in providing excellent support to both patients and staff, ensuring that everyone’s experience at ZK is as smooth and positive as possible! Shadman completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in 2024, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Anthropology. His academic background is a testament to his passion for understanding the human body and the diverse ways in which people approach health and wellness. This blend of scientific and cultural knowledge has shaped his approach to patient care, allowing him to interact with individuals from all walks of life with empathy and respect.
Outside of work, Shadman enjoys spending his time reading and doing spontaneous things with friends. Looking ahead, his long-term goal is to attend medical school and continue his journey in the healthcare field. Shadman is dedicated to a lifelong career in medicine, driven by a genuine love for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact on his community.
