PHYSICAL THERAPY IS AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE
Physical Therapy services are essential healthcare services that have been permitted and encouraged to continue operation while adopting COVID-19 risk mitigation measures that reduce the risk of community disease spread.
As an essential business under the Nevada Governor's directive, we are taking additional health and safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our employee’s and patients' health and safety are always our top priority, as we work to keep our doors open during this time.
We understand how important it is to continue your physical therapy treatment from initial evaluation to discharge without interruption. At this time, there are no known cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) at our center.
We are following all CDC Guidelines and Directives & Declarations from the State of Nevada to protect our physical therapists, staff, and patients at our center. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment as we all work together against the spread of COVID-19.
Below are the steps we are taking to maintain a safe and healthy environment so you can continue your physical therapy treatment:
Following the latest CDC guidelines, Nevada declarations and directives, including frequent and thorough hand washing throughout the day.
Observing CDC guidance and Nevada directives requires clinicians to wear masks and ask patients to wear masks or some other kind of face covering.
Performing a temperature check on individuals entering our center, using a non-contact thermometer.
Sterilizing and disinfecting equipment, treatment tables, waiting areas, bathrooms, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
Screening physical therapists, clinicians, and team members for potential Coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure.
Adhering to recommended social-distance practices when not delivering hands-on care (Limiting the number of people in-clinic).
Scheduling seniors and other at-risk patients into lower-traffic hours when possible.
Requiring team members to stay home if not feeling well.
